- Camera access data, used for scanning QR codes and capturing delivery-related images.
- Device and app information, including Firebase Cloud Messaging token, device notification token, app version, language, selected country, and basic device identifiers needed for app functionality.
- Notification data, used to send and receive delivery, order, and account-related push notifications.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Allow drivers to log in and use the app.
- Assign, manage, and update delivery orders.
- Track driver location so customers and administrators can monitor delivery progress.
- Verify delivery, payment, customer ID, or order-related information.
- Scan QR codes for order, product, or vehicle assignment workflows.
- Send important push notifications related to orders and driver activity.
- Improve app reliability, security, and operational support.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, and business requirements.
3. Location Data
The Zabeha Driver app collects location data to support delivery tracking and order management. Location may be collected while the app is in use and, where permitted by the driver, while delivery tracking is active in the background.
Location data is used only for delivery-related purposes, including updating driver location for assigned orders and helping customers or administrators track delivery progress.
4. Camera, Photos, and Files
The app may request camera and storage or photo access to:
- Scan QR codes.
- Capture or upload customer ID images.
- Capture or upload payment transfer proof.
- Upload other delivery-related documents or images.
These files are used only for order verification, payment verification, delivery handling, and related operational purposes.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information.
Information may be shared only with:
- Zabeha / Oasis Livestock L.L.C. systems and authorized staff for delivery operations.
- Customers, where needed to show order status or driver delivery progress.
- Service providers that help operate the app, such as hosting, backend infrastructure, maps/location services, Firebase push notifications, and analytics or crash reporting services where applicable.
- Authorities or regulators when required by law.
6. Third-Party Services
The app may use third-party services including:
- Google Maps and location services.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications.
- Backend hosting and API services used to manage orders, drivers, and delivery activity.
These services may process data according to their own privacy and security practices.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal and sensitive information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

Delivery records, uploaded images, order activity, and location records may be retained as required for business, accounting, fraud prevention, support, or legal purposes.
